How do I get a copy of my receipt if I didn't receive it through email?

If for some reason, you did not receive your receipt by email, you can login to your account online to view and print your receipts by following these instructions:

  • Go to http://www.bluefishtv.com and click the "My Account" link in the top right.
  • You will need to login to your account using your email address and password.
  • Once you are logged in, scroll down on the page to find the your order.
  • Click on the order you want in order to view or print your receipt. 
  • You should be able to print the page from your browser or tool bar.
